I added milk and a pinch of salt, inserted mixing blade and used Sp3:100deg:16 mins or until it started to come to the boil. . Then Sp3:1min adding vinegar through hole in lid. Left it to rest 5mins then strained through a clean tea towel lining a sieve over a heatproof bowl. Time will depend on the temperature of your milk. You have to keep watch on the milk, in the past I've had the milk boil over and come through the hole in the lid.
